The Origins of Tegtat
Our Story Starts Here
We created the Tegtat brand to be the flagship for Göçmen Börekçisi to introduce our range of delicious, quality products to the rest of the world. As Tegtat, we have started our global growth from the UK. İn 2020, we opened our first store in Leicester, England. Göçmen Börekçisi is growing rapidly, thanks to our master franchise in the UK. Our goal is to have opened at least 15 stores by 2022. We will soon have branches in Germany, France and all over Europe. Tegtat UK, in keeping with the key aims of Göçmen Börekçisi, have recruited experienced and conscientious staff trained to ensure that customers receive our products at their freshest and best. Product quality and quality of service are always the most important issues for us.

Our mission is to continue to grow by adding value to the lives of all of our employees, and carrying out our business activities with a network of franchisees, which will be wide-spread throughout the world, without making any concessions in terms of customer satisfaction, reliability, hygiene, and taste.
Our History
Göçmen Börekçisi started its activities in 2004 in the township of Körfez in the province of Kocaeli on an area of 150 sqm. Today, the company has become the 3rd biggest in its field of business with an area of 7,000 sqm, 3,500 sqm of which is made up of a closed area, with a daily production of 8000 kgs of food.
Initially, Göçmen Börekçisi started with one branch, which presented to its customers our original pastries, famous for having the unique taste of the Balkans. Today the company presents 60 different bakery products to customers with 60 franchisees in the major provinces and cities in Turkey. During the coming years, our target is for our well-known brand-name to become number one in its sector, by increasing the number of franchisees throughout Turkey and by taking our place in the market for frozen foodstuffs. For this reason, potential investors have the opportunity to make investments with high returns.
The company has a management team with 17 years experience,and the vision necessary to help the company grow. They have received a number of prizes for the successful work they have done. The new building to which both management and production moved in 2015 is expected to help carry the company forward to its targets for 2020 and beyond
